We have turned this five bedroom, three story house with tropical garden entry, screened in patio breakfast area surrounded by lush tropical plants, typical of Cancun, into a true bed and breakfast. 1st floor has 2 guest rooms, each with private bath, living area with tv, and dining area with spring water cooler. 2nd floor has 2 guest rooms, living area with tv, spring water cooler, make up area, large bathroom, futon, which can be used as additional double bed, and terrazo. 3rd floor is a suite with private bath, double futon bed and patio area. We are Located in a safe residential area of Cancun. Cancun B&B's rates include daily housekeeping, phone for local calls in Cancun, cable tv, wii-fi, ceiling fans, air conditioners and private baths in every room, transportation to/from the Cancun bus terminal and a full breakfast of choice, by menu, each morning. We are located in a safe residencial area of downtown Cancun, 1 mile from the beginning of Cancun's hotel zone and the beautiful Cancun beaches. On bus route. 20 minute walk to center of Cancun. We can provide you with information about tours, Cancun car rental and all the things to do in Cancun or the surrounding areas of Cancun.

If you cancel within 30 days of the time of arrival, you will be given a credit of the equal amount of the deposit, less the equivalent of 2 nights stay, which can be used toward a future reservation, which must take place within 1 year of the date of the cancellation.
